Why we created this site

More than a dozen validated tools are available to measure frailty. Choosing which tool to use in various clinical settings is not always clear. The main goal of this website is to help clinicians and researchers choose a frailty tool appropriate for their purpose. We hope that this site will advance education, research, and clinical care of older adults living with frailty or at risk of frailty (Kim et al. Journal of the American Geriatrics Society 2024).
